and all Landmark Group stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2- Homebox reserves
the right to change any/all terms and conditions of this Gift Card at any time without
prior notice. 3- Any dispute shall be referred to Landmark Arabia, the Home Box 
division (the company), and the company's decision will be final. 4- To inquire 
about the balance and expiry, the customer can call the local call center or check
homeboxstores.com or he can come to the stores to get the information either from
the payment point or customer service. 5- This gift card is valid for one year (
12 months) from the date of issue or the last shipment of the card. 6- This Gift
Card cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part. card holder. 7- If the purchase
value exceeds the value of the gift card, the remainder must be paid in cash or 
by credit card by the card owner. 8- It is not permissible to replace / compensate
for the lost gift card. 9- Mutilated or invalid gift card/cards will not be accepted.
10- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Saudi judiciary, and the
losing party shall bear all costs and expenses incurred by the other party in this
case. 11- The gift card sold cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. 12- Products
purchased online using a returnable gift card in “My Credit” of the registered user's
account, and as a return voucher for non-registered users.
