Lovin’ Gift Cards is operated by Bingo Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Lebanon (“we”, “our”, or“ Lovin'”). By using the Site or purchasing, receiving or redeeming a Gift Card you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. ## 1. Definitions * **“Buyer”**: person who purchases a Gift Card. * **“Receiver”**: person who receives a Gift Card. * **“Wallet”**: any customer wallet or account balance feature on our Site or app. ## 2. Acceptance & Eligibility * You must be at least 18 years old to buy or redeem Gift Cards. * Use of the Site and purchase/redemption of Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of these Terms. ## 3. Products, Issuance & Delivery * Gift Cards are issued either by Lovin’, or by our Merchant Partners, depending on the product. Each Gift Card listing includes the relevant redemption details and terms. * Delivery methods include instant email, SMS, printable PDF, or physical delivery as shown at checkout. Delivery times and available methods depend on the selected product and recipient country. * Once issued, e‑Gift Cards are delivered instantly or within the delivery timeframe shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by email/SMS service providers or recipient spam filters. ## 4. Pricing & Payment * All prices are shown on the Site in the currency specified at checkout. Prices displayed do not include any taxes, fees or charges unless explicitly stated. * Payment is processed via third‑party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. * By placing an order you authorize payment for all applicable charges. ## 5. Redemption & Validity * Gift Cards are redeemable only at the Merchant(s) listed in the Gift Card details. Redemption rules (single-use, split balance usage, online vs in‑store) vary by Merchant and are specified on the Gift Card page or in the Gift Card email. * Unless a different expiry is specified on the Gift Card, the default validity is 12 months from the date of purchase. Validity details per product are provided in the product details screen. * After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be invalid and forfeited. * Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by applicable law. ## 6. Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges * Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, Gift Cards are non‑ refundable, non‑exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once issued and delivered. * For e-gift cards or digital delivery products, cancellation is allowed if the transaction has not been approved. * For delivery cards, the transaction can be cancelled or refunded if the gift card has not been issued. * Refunds for purchases of goods/services bought with a Gift Card are subject to the Merchant’s return/refund policy; Lovin’ is not responsible for Merchant refunds unless we acted as the Merchant. * If you believe there is an error with your purchase, contact us promptly (see Contact below). We will investigate and may, at our discretion, refund or reissue a Gift Card where appropriate. ## 7. Fees & Charges * Any fees (e.g., delivery fees, processing fees) are shown at checkout and are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated. * Where law requires it, VAT or other taxes will be applied at checkout. ## 8. Lost, Stolen or Fraudulent Gift Cards * Treat Gift Cards like cash. Lovin’ is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or unauthorized use of Gift Cards unless required by applicable law. * If you suspect fraud, contact us immediately and provide supporting details; we will investigate and cooperate with law enforcement as necessary. ## 9. Accounts & Wallets * Creating an account may be required to manage orders, save Gift Cards, or use the Wallet. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. * We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. ## 10. Merchant Relationships & Third‑Party Terms * Some Gift Cards are provided directly by merchants and are subject to the Merchant’s terms and conditions. Lovin’ acts as a distributor/agent for such Gift Cards where indicated. * Lovin’ is not responsible for the goods or services provided by Merchants. Claims about product quality, returns, or in‑store redemption issues must be raised with the Merchant; we will help facilitate where possible. ## 11. Intellectual Property * All content on the Site (logos, images, text) is our or our licensors’ property. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written permission. ## 12. Privacy * Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to that policy and to the transfer/processing of data as described therein. ## 13. Limitation of Liability * To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovin’ (and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from Gift Card purchases, redemptions, or the use of the Site. * Our aggregate liability for direct losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Lovin’ for the relevant Gift Card(s). ## 14. Indemnity * You agree to indemnify and hold Lovin’ harmless against claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Gift Cards, or violation of law. ## 15. Chargebacks * By performing a transaction on our Site, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. You agree not to initiate or request any chargebacks, refunds, or reversals from your payment provider or financial institution for transactions made through Lovin’ Gift Cards, except where explicitly permitted under these Terms or required by law. * Any attempt to seek a chargeback or reversal without prior written consent from Lovin’ may result in legal action and liability for all associated costs, including but not limited to administrative fees, chargeback fees, and legal expenses. ## 16. Changes to Terms & Service * We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post updates on the Site and indicate the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. ## 17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution * These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon. ## 18. Severability * If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. ## 19.
