We work with leading suppliers such as supermarkets, fuel stations, and sporting goods retailers in Lebanon. Available brands vary over time; the live catalog and denominations are shown on the product page at checkout.
Do you offer global gift cards and mobile products?
Yes. Through DT One and LikeCard we provide:
International digital gift cards (entertainment, gaming, retail, food delivery, etc.)
Mobile top-ups (prepaid credit and data) to 190+ countries

How are digital cards delivered?
By email and/or SMS/WhatsApp with your secure code and redemption instructions. Delivery is typically instant, but can take up to 30 minutes for additional security checks.
Do you sell physical cards?
For selected Lebanese brands, yes. Availability, pickup points, or courier options are listed on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support commonly used local and international payment options. Available options and any currency conversion details are shown at checkout.
Can I schedule delivery or add a personal message?
Many digital cards support a gift message. Scheduling may be available for select products; if shown at checkout, you can set date/time.
Denominations, Fees, and Validity
What denominations are available?
Denominations are set by each brand and shown on the product page. Some cards allow custom amounts within a range.
Are there any extra fees?
The price you see includes our service fees and any partner costs. If there is a network fee (for top-ups/eSIMs) or FX conversion, it will be itemized before you pay.
Do gift cards expire?
Expiry and usage terms are defined by each brand. You’ll see validity in the product description and on your voucher email.
Are cards region-locked?
Some international gift cards are region- or currency-specific. Always confirm the intended country/region in the product details before purchasing.

How do I redeem my card?
Follow the brand’s instructions in your delivery email/SMS. Typically, you enter the code on the brand’s website/app or present it in-store.
My code isn’t working. What should I do?

Correct brand/store and region
Typos, spacing, and case sensitivity
Any PIN or secondary code included
Balance/activation delay (allow up to 30 minutes)

Can I check my balance?
For most brands, yes—via the brand’s app/website or in-store. Links and steps are often included in your delivery email.
I lost my email/code—can you resend?
Yes. Provide your order ID and contact details used at checkout. We can resend as long as the code has not been redeemed.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Security
Can I cancel or refund my order?
Digital gift cards, top-ups, and eSIMs are generally non-refundable once delivered/activated. Physical cards may follow the issuing brand’s policy. If you purchased the wrong region or amount and the code is unused, contact us immediately—resolution depends on the brand/network policy.
Why was my order flagged for review?
To protect customers and partners, some orders undergo verification. This may add a short delay. You’ll be notified if additional information is required.
Do you require KYC?

Mobile Top-Ups and eSIMs
What should I check before buying a top-up?

How do eSIMs work?
You receive a QR code and setup guide. Scan on a compatible device, install the eSIM profile, and activate per plan instructions. Coverage, data limits, and validity are shown before purchase.
Are eSIMs refundable?
eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered/activated. If you hit an activation issue, contact us promptly with error details.
