How to use :
1- Open the email containing your MUSE Gift Card.2- Visit any participating MUSE brand in-store or online. Click here to learn more: https://giftcards.experience-muse.com/en-ae/redeem3- In-store: Present your gift card barcode or card number at the counter.4- Online: Enter your gift card number at checkout and select “Gift Card” as the payment method.5- Complete your purchase and enjoy shopping and collecting points with MUSE.

Terms & Conditions:
1- The MUSE Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).2- Gift Cards may be purchased through Lovin’ Gift Cards, an authorized third-party distributor, and will be delivered digitally to the purchaser’s registered email address once payment is completed.3- Gift Cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, after which they expire automatically. Expired balances cannot be recovered, extended, or refunded.4- Gift Cards are not debit cards, credit cards, bank accounts, cheque guarantee cards, or charge cards.5- Gift Cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase other gift cards. They also cannot be used for cash-on-delivery orders or for products/services excluded at MUSE’s discretion.6- Gift Cards may only be redeemed at participating MUSE brand stores and online platforms located in the United Arab Emirates. The return card will carry the same expiry date and usage rules as the original Gift Card, unless otherwise stated, and will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.15-  MUSE is not liable for unauthorized use of lost or stolen Gift Cards. At its sole discretion and upon purchase verification, MUSE may consider issuing a replacement card. Additional validation steps may apply.16- MUSE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It may suspend or restrict the use of Gift Cards, make changes to the Gift Card program, or refuse issuance/redemption of a Gift Card if deemed appropriate.17- MUSE may take necessary actions to ensure fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.18- These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws Dubai, United Arab Emirates and disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
