Liability Waiver and Terms of Service

By proceeding with this concierge service order, you (“the Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgment of Third-Party Products: We are an independent concierge service acting solely as an agent to facilitate the purchase of items on your behalf from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Shein, etc.). We do not manufacture, store, or physically inspect the products prior to shipment from the retailer to you.

2. Limitation of Liability: The Customer understands and agrees that our concierge service is not liable for the condition, quality, suitability, or performance of the items purchased. We assume no responsibility for:

– Defective or Damaged Products: Any item that arrives damaged or becomes defective after delivery.

– Wrong Items: Items that differ from the description, size, color, or quantity originally ordered.

– Shipping Issues: Delays, losses, or damage during transit caused by the retailer or the shipping carrier.

– Product Warranty/Returns: We do not handle warranties or facilitate returns and exchanges directly with the retailer on your behalf. Any issues must be resolved by the Customer through the standard return policies of the original retailer.

3. Customer Responsibility: The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the details of their order (e.g., size, color, specifications) before submission. Once an order is placed with the retailer, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our concierge service from any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the purchase and use of the third-party products.

5. Agreement: By selecting the checkbox below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this liability waiver and terms of service. You accept that you assume all risk for the condition of the products ordered.
