1) Operator and Scope

This Policy applies to all digital goods sold at www.lovingiftcards.com, including gift cards, mobile top‑ups, and eSIMs fulfilled directly or via partners (e.g., DT One, LikeCard).
2) Digital Goods Are Final; No Returns or Exchanges
All products are digital and delivered electronically. Once a code/top‑up/eSIM is delivered, accessed, revealed, or redeemed, the sale is final and non‑refundable. There are no returns or exchanges.
3) Customer Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
- You are solely responsible for: (a) securing your device, email, SMS inbox, and account; (b) entering correct recipient details; (c) safeguarding any delivered codes/QRs.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon successful electronic delivery to the contact details you provided. Any subsequent disclosure, interception, or misuse is your responsibility.
- You agree not to share, resell, or publish codes and understand redemption by any party constitutes your acceptance.
4) 3‑D Secure (3DS) Authentication; Liability Shift
- All card payments are processed via 3DS‑enabled gateways that use multi‑factor authentication (2FA) and fraud screening.
- For transactions authenticated under 3DS with valid indicators (e.g., CAVV/ECI), you acknowledge that fraud‑coded chargebacks are generally the responsibility of the issuing bank under network rules, not Lovin’ Gift Cards.
- Where a transaction is processed without an issuer‑granted 3DS fraud‑liability shift (including any exemptions), you remain liable to us for the payment.
5) Chargebacks, Reversals, and Disputes
- You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute for: (i) delivered or redeemed digital goods; (ii) buyer’s remorse; (iii) failure to secure your email/SMS/device; (iv) non‑fraud reasons (e.g., “not as expected,” “didn’t recognize descriptor”).
- If you file a dispute, you must notify us immediately and cooperate fully (affidavits, ID verification, police report number if applicable).
- We will contest any unfounded chargeback with 3DS data, device/IP logs, delivery records, and redemption confirmations. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, you authorize us to re‑charge any applicable amounts, including processor/network dispute fees.
6) Evidence of Delivery and Acceptance
- Delivery is complete when our systems (or our partners) log successful transmission or on‑site reveal to the email, phone, or account you provided.
- Any redemption/activation event conclusively evidences receipt and acceptance.
7) Errors and Non‑Delivery Window
- For non‑delivery or obvious transmission errors only, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with order ID and delivery details. If and only if the item is unredeemed, we may re‑deliver or reissue. No accommodations are available after redemption.
8) Prohibited Use and Fraud Controls
- We may refuse, suspend, or cancel any order suspected of fraud, money laundering, sanctions breach, or prohibited conduct. We may require KYC/identity checks.
- We may blacklist accounts, emails, phone numbers, devices, and IPs involved in abuse, and share fraud signals with processors and relevant partners.
9) Fees and Recoveries
- If you initiate an improper chargeback or fail to cooperate in the dispute process, you are responsible for all associated dispute fees, processor assessments, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees. We may offset or re‑charge these amounts.
10) Third‑Party Terms and Availability
- Gift cards/top‑ups/eSIMs are governed by third‑party issuer terms, geographic and carrier restrictions, and availability windows. Program changes or outages after delivery are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for reversal.
11) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bingo Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your misuse, disclosure, or resale of delivered codes; (b) disputes you initiate contrary to this Policy; (c) violation of third‑party issuer terms; or (d) fraudulent or unauthorized activity originating from your accounts or devices.
12) Governing Law; Venue
This Policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the courts of Beirut.
13) Updates
We may update this Policy at any time. Updates apply upon posting.
